1 Introduction

3 Account Registration and Management

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits found to originate from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3  Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Current deposit limits are displayed in the at999 Cashier section at the time of transaction. at999 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.4  at999 does not charge deposit fees from the Platform side. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction fees, for which at999 accepts no liability.

5 Withdrawals

5.1  Withdrawals from your at999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you request otherwise and at999 approves an alternative channel in writing. This anti-money-laundering measure is applied consistently across all accounts.

5.2  Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. at999 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity and payment verification. Users who have not completed KYC may be unable to withdraw until documentation is provided and approved.

5.3  at999 aims to process approved withdrawals within the standard processing windows for each payment method. Actual receipt times depend on the receiving bank or wallet provider and are outside at999's direct control.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1  By placing a bet or playing a game on at999, you accept the specific rules governing that market, game, or event as displayed within the platform at the time of the wager. Game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

6.2  All bets placed on at999 are final once confirmed. at999 does not accept cancellation or modification of bets after confirmation except where explicitly provided by the applicable sport or game rules (e.g., void bets due to event cancellation).

6.3  at999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the relevant account.

6.4  Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage abuse, or any other form of manipulative betting practice is strictly prohibited at at999 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at999 platform:

9.2  at999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to retain or forfeit any balance at its absolute discretion where applicable law permits.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the at999 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of at999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the at999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any at999 content without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

11.3  at999's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1  You may close your at999 account at any time by contacting at999 support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any outstanding wagering requirements or investigations.

12.2  at999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or prolonged inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, at999 may retain any balance as damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Amendments to Terms

14.3  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and at999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.
